Veda is made by a very small team, and the best ideas so far have come from the people using it. The community is the fastest way to get help and to shape what comes next.

The links to our Discord server, Slack community and subreddit are at the top of the sidebar. Any that show soon haven't opened yet — check back shortly.

• Discord — quick questions, tips, and chatting with other people who use Veda.
• Slack — a community workspace for questions and feature ideas.
• Reddit — longer discussions, workflows and write-ups.

#Asking for help

You'll get an answer faster if you include:

• Whether you're on Mac or Windows, and your Veda version (it's at the bottom of the Settings sidebar).
• The app you were typing in, and what you expected to happen.
• What Veda's menu-bar or tray panel shows under Last action, and anything under Problems in Settings → Activity.

#Suggesting a feature

Tell us what you were trying to do, not only the feature you have in mind. "I wanted to reply to a long email thread in Hindi" helps more than "add a Hindi button".

#Billing questions

For anything about a charge, a refund or your invoice, write to nitin.rai@getveda.app. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. See Manage your subscription and the refund policy.
